There is not cost for upgrading from versions 3.0 and 3.1. Simply download the installation program and execute it to install the latest version. The program will install over the previous version and retain all settings including the registration code.
The cost of upgrading from versions 2.1 and 2.11 is $250 ($270.00 for Illinois residents). Go to the online registration page and follow the normal registration process except, in the comment field, add the word "Upgrade" and provide the serial number of the version 2.1 diskette.
