Sampling Plan Analyzer is a shareware software package for evaluating and selecting acceptance sampling plans. Acceptance sampling plans are used to make product disposition (accept/reject) decisions in manufacturing. They are also used to make pass/fail decision when validating the process.
You can take an existing sampling plan and use the software to evaluate it including calculating and displaying OC curves, AQL, LTPD, AOQL, ASN curves and much more. You also specify the desired protection and the program will generate a list of sampling plans that might be used.

For Defective Units:
Single Sampling Plan
Double Sampling Plan
Multiple Sampling Plan
ANSI Z1.4 Plan (Replacement for MIL-STD-105E)
Variables Sampling Plans for standard deviation known and unknown, 1 or 2 specification limits, for both M and k methods.
ANSI Z1.9 Plan (Replacement for MIL-STD-414)

Sampling Plan Analyzer is a shareware program. A full version of the software can be downloaded for a 30-day free trial. After 30 days, if you want to continue using the software, you must register it at a cost of US$275 ($297.00 for residents of Illinois). Registration entitles you to free upgrades for 1 year.

ZIP File:
Click the above button to download a ZIP file. The file spa20.zip will be downloaded. You must unzip the files contained in the ZIP file into a temporary directory and then run the program setup.exe. You must have your own software for unzipping the file.

Sampling Plan Analyzer runs under Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP and NT. It can be easily uninstalled. It requires 1.4 MB of hard disk space.
To continue using the software after the 30-day trial period, you must register your copy of the software at a cost of US$275 ($297.00 for residents of Illinois).
