Axis Style Tab of Plot Options Dialog Box

The Axis-Style tab of the Plot Options dialog box is used to customize the axis style, tic marks and aspect ratio of the plots. The controls are:

Axis Style: Select one of the four styles to use for the axis.

Tic Style: Select one of the three styles for the tic marks.

Tic Size:

Number or Label Combo Box: Relative size of tic marks that correspond to axis numbers or labels. Default is 0.4 times normal text. Select one of the sizes in the list or enter a size.

Between Combo Box: Relative size of tic marks between those that correspond to labels. Default is 0.2 times normal text. Select one of the sizes in the list or enter a size.

Ratio of X-Axis to Y-Axis: A value of 1 gives a square plot. A value of 2 results in the X-Axis (bottom) being twice as long as the Y-Axis (left).
